"Audio Antihero are celebrating six long years since the release of the 'lost' Nosferatu D2 debut album with a limited cassette re-issue and this stunning EP of remastered non-album recordings - PLUS, an unearthed multi-camera recording of a full live-set from the band:

Audio Antihero formed to give "We're Gonna Walk Around this City with Our Headphones on to Block out the Noise" a decent release and I'm glad I did because I think it really holds up. It's noisy and messy as hell but it's unique and gorgeous as can be. Listen:

I'm really happy that these recordings are available to be heard too. "The Kids from Fame" is one of my all time favourites and I remember wishing it'd made the album, "Older, Wiser, Sadder" is frantic genius, "A Man at War with Himself" was a live favourite of the band and "Don't Try to Wake Me" the first song the band ever wrote and the one they've kept pretty much under wraps until now. I'd never heard this demo version of "Springsteen" (my absolute favourite) before, with slightly different lyrics...so that was awesome.
I hope Nosferatu D2's music gives you something to be happy and angry about." - Jamie, Audio Antihero Records
